Tomwiser offers the following subscription tiers:
All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.
New users may receive a free trial period as specified during registration. After the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.

Tomwiser integrates with third-party services for work signal capture and delivery (Google Calendar, GitHub, Slack, Discord, Harvest, Toggl Track, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of service of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for all connected services.
The Tomwiser platform, including its AI-powered timesheet engine, software, design, and content, is owned by Tomwiser and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data through our AI engine as necessary to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomwiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tomwiser from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.
Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your timesheet data in a standard format. You are responsible for exporting your data before account termination. We will retain your data for a reasonable period after termination to facilitate data export requests.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tomwiser complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes but is not limited to labor laws, data protection regulations, and your organization's time tracking requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service interface with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
